Fabrication, Supply, and Installation of 316l Metric Tru-Bore Pipework

ShawPF were awarded the Pipework Package on an upgrade to an existing energy centre, including the Pre-Fabrication, Welding, Site Installation and testing of all Pipework services.

• Pipework Supply and Installation
  We fabricated and installed high-quality Metric Tru-Bore pipework with full traceability to meet the client’s requirements.
• Pressure Testing
  We pressure-tested the pipework system to guarantee reliability and safety.

• Quality Assurance
  Conducted 100% weld inspections by our CSWIP-certified welding inspector. Completed 10% Dye Penetrant Inspections (DPI) to ensure weld integrity.
• Equipment Installation
  As part of the project, we installed Ground Source Heat Pumps, Electric Boilers, and Plate Heat Exchangers.

Challenges

The project was delivered with full Quality Assurance pack, including; Weld Maps, NDT Reports, Pressure Testing and full Material Traceability.

• Off-Site Fabrication
  We used our advanced workshop to pre-fabricate the pipework to precise measurements. This reduced the time required on-site and ensured flawless quality.

• On-Site Installation
  Our skilled team installed the fabricated components efficiently, working closely with the client to maintain smooth project delivery.

  With full material traceability, rigorous inspections, and thorough pressure testing, we delivered a system that was fully compliant and ready to perform from day one.
