Pipework Pre-Fabrication

We offer pipework Pre-Fabrication services to various customers across the UK, saving time on site and minimising disruption on site including minimising Hot Works.

Our Experience covers the pre-fabrication from 1/2” to 36” and above. Covering wall thicknesses from 1.5mm to 30mm in thickness.

We carry out pressure testing of piping skids and spools in accordance with customer and industry requirements. Any other NDT is carried out by one of our independent welding inspection suppliers, including Radiography, Visual Examination, MPI, LPI.

Adherence to Industry Standards

Our welding and fabrication services comply with BS, EN, and ASME standards. Our team of experienced welders employs a range of welding techniques, including Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) also known as TIG welding, MIG (GMAW), and MMA (SMAW) welding processes.
